Building a Stranger Condom

By January 21, 2013

Follow me on:

My favorite Canadian recently sent me a link to this article and video from the New Scientist about a novel type of condom that is currently in development... and by novel I mean very, very odd. The ORIGAMI condom has several distinguishing characteristics. It's folded, not rolled. It's internally lubricated. And, finally, it's designed to move up and down on the shaft of the penis to transmit more sensations during sex.

I must admit, I'm intrigued. It looks like it might be an enjoyable product for couples to use, and the internal lubrication, in particular, reminds me of why some men are so fond of the female condom. I know that the internal lubrication does increase the sensation level during safe sex, making it feel more like unprotected sex. At least, that is what I have repeatedly been told, and the rest of their assertions seem plausible as well.
